Contract | Night Shift (5x8 Hours, 23:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a complete range of CT exams including Code Stroke, CTA, Abdomen, Pelvis, Chest, Heart, CT Biopsy, Spine, Chest Tube Placement, Extremities, and Facial Bones
• Operate and utilize Siemens and Philips imaging equipment proficiently
• Perform advanced CT procedures including Brain Perfusion, Colonography, CT Arthrography, Myelography, Multiplanar Reconstruction, and Radiation Therapy Planning
• Administer IV contrast and perform IV starts as required
• Serve as lead technologist when needed, assisting in the training and mentoring of other staff members
• Provide imaging services across patient age groups ranging from adolescents to geriatrics, including ER and Level I Trauma settings

Required Qualifications

• Active California state license required at time of submission
• ARRT certification and ARRT Advanced CT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Siemens equipment experience is required — no exceptions; training will not be provided
• Proficiency with PACS and contrast administration
• Must pass an onsite EKG exam (Advanced EKG; 80% minimum passing score; two attempts permitted)
• Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital, Children's Hospital, or Adult ICU environments
• Background in both inpatient and outpatient CT settings
• Experience with transplant studies, drainage procedures, and aspiration/biopsy procedures
• Familiarity with Philips imaging equipment in addition to Siemens
