Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight of house-wide nursing operations during assigned shifts
• Monitor and support telemetry patients, ensuring appropriate care and timely interventions
• Coordinate bed management, staffing assignments, and resource allocation across units
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of escalation for nursing staff during the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain patient safety and quality of care

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Illinois (or compact equivalent)
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role
• Clinical background in telemetry or a related acute care specialty
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior house supervisor experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Strong communication and critical decision-making skills
• Experience with staffing coordination and bed management systems
