Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend rotation | Flexible scheduling available (four 9-hour days or spread over five days)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments within an acute care hospital setting
• Manage and prioritize an average caseload of 10 patients per day
• Collaborate with occupational therapy through co-treatment approaches
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech Expanse electronic documentation system
• Participate in every other weekend rotation as part of the scheduling requirements
• Maintain compliance with all unit and hospital policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist (PT) license — must be in hand prior to submission
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Demonstrated acute inpatient PT experience, including evaluation and treatment
• Ability to prioritize and manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech Expanse or similar electronic medical record systems
• Background in co-treatment with occupational therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to flexible scheduling arrangements
