Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care for patients presenting with a range of diagnoses including hypertension, diabetes, congestive heart failure, end-stage renal disease, coronary artery disease, abdominal pain, STEMI/NSTEMI, pulmonary embolism, COPD, and behavioral health conditions
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
• Work assigned major holidays that fall within the assignment period per facility holiday policy
• Complete all required orientation modules and compliance documentation within designated timelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Full compliance with all onboarding requirements must be completed by the Tuesday prior to the start date; non-compliance may result in a two-week start date delay
• All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule requests will be accepted post-offer or onsite, including during orientation week
• Maximum of 7 days RTO per contract
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing high-acuity and diverse patient populations in an emergency setting
• Familiarity with behavioral health patient care within an ED environment
• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed, though first-time travelers are accepted
