Description

As an RN Outpatient Case Manager, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating the care for both inpatients and outpatients. This position involves overseeing the admission process and ensuring patients have access to necessary healthcare services. You will work 40 hours per week, offering a structured schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance.
