Description:Hospital: Centennial Location: Nashville Tennessee Address: 2300 Patterson St Unit Name: Labor & Delivery Building: Women s and Children s Cost Center: 707/63100 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds :12 Patient Ratios : 1;2 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : RNs, unit secretary, OR techs Type of equipment : Documentation system: CPN, Meditach Scheduling requirements:3 weekend shifts, 1 call shift for RNS, 2 call shifts for techs, 3 12 hour shifts Floating policy: travelers float first Patient Experience requirements: shared decision making Hospital Specifics- Certifications: For RNs NRP, ACLS, BLS, must have AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced) or CEFM OR techs must have FA certification. Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Labor and Delivery Experience Must have: 2 years L&D experience Advanced skills needed: RNs Care of the laboring patient, care of the newborn immediately after delivery, circulate and recover c/s patients Procedures performed on unit: vaginal deliveries, c/sections, d&c, cerclage, epidural anesthesia, tub labor, Certifications Required: AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced), or CEFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs are not provided by hospital. Ceil Blue, Navy Blue or Gray Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. Awards/Recognition: Please include anything that you would like prospective candidates to be aware of, such as, links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards.. Mae Carol has been a huge bright spot during my on boarding process she takes what looks like a difficult process and makes it appear smooth .. thanks to her hard work and dedication I have always been able to start my contracts on time … her and Akash pannu make a dynamic duo and I’m thankful for them Both .. you can not go wrong with these two that is why I’m a repeat customer !!

Not one Con can I say about Mae .. her pleasant voice and uplifting spirit guide me forward when things appear difficult .. she makes the impossible , possible
