Description

As a Case Manager, you will coordinate patient care and ensure that patients receive appropriate medical services. You will work with healthcare providers to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and facilitate access to resources. This role is crucial in improving patient outcomes and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The position offers the opportunity to float between sister campuses, enhancing your experience and adaptability in various healthcare settings.

Requirements
  • 2 years of Case Manager experience required
  • FLOATING REQUIRED, Travelers are first to float
  • Degree accreditation or 5 years of experience required
  • RN License required, nursys must be on profile
  • BLS required
  • HWL clinical prescreen with Manager having final interview and offer
  • ALL RTO must be on submission
  • Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start
  • Radius Rule 50 miles from perm address

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
