Description

Shift: 4x10s Rotating Days

Facility Type: Outpatient Clinic
Mon–Fri: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Sat–Sun: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Duration: 13 weeks (91 days)
Guaranteed Hours: 36–40/week

Requirements

Active California LVN License (no temp licenses accepted)
BLS (AHA or ARC only)
Flu Vaccine (no exemptions/declinations)
IV & Phlebotomy Certified
1+ year in Urgent Care or ER
Previous Charge/Lead Experience
Experience with Epic (CS Link)

Preferred:

3+ years in Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or ER
