Orientation: Bi-weekly on Mondays 🚫 Travel Radius: Must reside 60+ miles from facility to qualify for travel rate Position Details Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Labor & Delivery Department: 5460 (707) L&D Shift: 3x12-hour shifts (specifics TBD) Guaranteed Hours: 36/week Weekends: Every other / as needed Call: As needed Float: To Postpartum as needed Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience; must be able to work independently Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS EHR Systems: MedHost, Centricity Perinatal Supervisor: Jan Weatherspoon, Director of Women’s Services Facility Overview 2-campus hospital system (Athens & Etowah) Athens: acute care, inpatient/outpatient, and emergency services Etowah: emergency, long-term care, wound care, and behavioral health LPNT TN Requirement: All staff must be cleared through the Tennessee Abuse Registry before starting Dress Code Scrubs: Any color Restrictions: No camo or logo shirts/sweatshirts (except Starr Regional branded)
