Description

Job Title: RN – Case Manager I
Location: 1 Genesys Pkwy, Grand Blanc, MI 48439
Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Schedule: 4x10, 13-Week Contract

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of acute inpatient case management experience, including acute discharge planning
Current RN License in the State of Michigan
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
AHA BLS Certification required
Experience using CarePort required

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Prior experience using AllScripts or GEMS/Sunrise EMR systems
Knowledge of discharge planning, utilization management, case management, performance improvement, and managed care reimbursement

Education:

Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Required Certifications & Licensure:

Current and valid RN License – State of Michigan
AHA BLS Certification
