Job Description
2 years of acute care case management experience required. Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. 2 weekend day shifts every month to cover department needs. Patient diagnoses include Trauma, Neuro, Cardiac, Med/Surg, Open Heart, Behavioral Health, Bone Lengthening.
