Description
Cedars-Sinai Cancer-Medical Oncology, Infusion Clinic
Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00–17:00)
Position: LVN – Clinic Manager/Charge (Oversight of 3 Clinics: Cardiothoracic, Vascular Surgery, Peds Cardiology)
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience:
3–5 years of charge/manager experience within the past 3 years
Ambulatory / Outpatient experience
Experience with staff management and accountability
Certifications:
CA LVN License (valid & permanent)
BLS (AHA or ARC)
IV Certification
Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
Travel Experience: Yes
Charting: Epic (preferred)
Flu Vaccine: Required (no declinations accepted)
No RTO allowed in the first 2 weeks
>>Current Resume - MUST include Facility Name, Month & year for duration on each facility, charting used (EPIC, PCC etc) and Duties for each facility listed on resume
>> 1 supervisor reference within the last year worked in the unit
being submitted (indicate name, facility and year)
>> 1 peer reference within the last year worked - please
ensure dates of employment are on these (indicate name, facility and year)
