Description

Pediatric ER RN -Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) - Experience: 3 years,  travel experience BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS and must be willing to get CPI - Certs and license may not expire during assignment. - These nurses must be able to work in a fast paced high acuity emergency room. They must be able to care for the growing needs of mental health patients that are now common in most Emergency rooms. Triage experience is a plus. Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Asthma, DKA, Neonate with fever, Sickle Cell Disease 
Special Procedures: moderate sedations
Breathing Treatments;Chest Tube Set-up/Care;CPAP/BiPap;Homes vents;High Frequency Vents;Procedure Sedation;RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs;Trach Care;Vents
Blood/Blood Products Administration;Cardioversion / Defribillation;Cooling / Warming Blanket;CVP;12 Lead EKG Interpretation;Rapid Transfusions
Select All Applicable Line Management/Equipment by Indicating the Lines That are Accessed and Care Provided within the Unit: Drains;Triple Lumen Catheter;Port-A-Cath/Vascula Device Access/Care;PICC/Central Lines;PCA Pumps;Feeding Tubes
Select All Applicable Critical Care: Burns;Cardiac;Medical;Neuro;PICU;Surgical;Transplant;Trauma
Select All Applicable Medical Surgical:  General;Hematology/Oncology;Ortho

Certs and license may not expire during assignment. Before submitting, ensure the candidate's licensing and certifications are currently active. Our assignments are 13 weeks. If your candidate's credentialing will expire during that span of time, please redirect them until renewals have been completed.
