Description

Title: CT Tech
Location: Apple Valley, CA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day or Night, 3×12-hour shifts (must be open to all start times: 06:00, 08:00, 15:00, 17:00)

Job Responsibilities:

Perform CT imaging for a high-volume, fast-paced department serving mostly emergency patients.
Conduct CT scans of abdomen, pelvis, spine, musculoskeletal trauma, chest, head/neck, and vascular imaging.
Support a primary stroke receiving center, including brain perfusion and vascular CTA exams.
Assist with special procedures including aspirations*, biopsies*, drainage*, coronary CTA*, and cardiac imaging*.
Prepare and administer contrast media safely; follow radiation safety and isolation precautions.
Utilize GE and Toshiba CT scanners; work with PACS* and Fuji Synapse*.
Engage in both inpatient and outpatient CT workflows; assist with patient transport as needed.
Provide imaging services across adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric populations (infant experience preferred).
Self-scheduling based on department seniority.

Required & Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years required (1 year acceptable per updated note).
Certifications: ARRT CT or ARRT R; CA CRT; CT; BLS.
