Hours per Week: 36
Weekly Gross Pay (Traveler): $2,744
Local Pay: $52/hr
 

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week day-shift assignment in a high-acuity ER environment. Candidates must be confident in fast-paced settings, rapid assessment, and emergency response across diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage and emergency assessment
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and critical interventions
• Monitor and respond to acute changes in patient status
• Collaborate with physicians, techs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Accurately document patient care and follow ER protocols
• Work every other weekend as required

Required Qualifications

• Active CA RN License
• Minimum 2 years recent ER experience
• Ability to complete full 13-week schedule (no block scheduling guaranteed)
• Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
• Epic experience preferred

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS

Additional Notes

• Must complete onboarding labs within 3–5 days of signing
• Two recent supervisor references required
• Local candidates accepted at $52/hr
• One holiday off may be approved
• Return traveler history must be disclosed
• Modules completed during orientation (non-billable)
