Job Title: RN ICU

Location: 1501 Trousdale Dr Burlingame, CA 94010

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Unit Details: ICU Float will be required to float to all units on inpatient side from ICU, SDICU, Telemetry and Med Surg.

Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- CA RN Licensure
- 4 years of experience
- Float to ICU, SDICU, Telemetry and Med Surg

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-acuity, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and SDICU settings
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Manage and titrate critical care medications, including vasoactive drips, sedatives, anticoagulants, and insulin infusions
• Operate and monitor advanced life-support equipment such as ventilators, arterial lines, central lines, and hemodynamic monitoring devices
• Utilize NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) assessments for patients with neurological or stroke-related conditions
• Respond promptly to emergencies including code blue situations, rapid responses, and acute changes in patient condition
