Job Overview
A clinic-based medical office in Montevideo, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for a PT who is adaptable, comfortable with a variable day schedule, and focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services in an outpatient-style setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a clinic-based rehabilitation environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
• Complete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations and progress notes
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members

Requirements

• Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• Outpatient or clinic experience preferred
• Strong orthopedic and functional rehabilitation skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
