Description

UNIT: PED ER
CLINICAL INTERVIEW

**MUST HAVE OR BE WILLING TO GET FLU VACCINE - PLEASE ADD TO SUBMISSION NOTES**

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years, previous Emergency Department experience required, experience with pediatrics required. Level I Trauma experience preferred. 1 previous completed travel assignment required

Certifications: WI RN, BLS, PALS – Required. (preferred – ACLS & TNCC)

Care for pediatric emergency department patients, including assessment, medication administration, teaching, wound care, EKG, obtaining vs, providing mental and behavior health care, etc

Weekend Rotation: 2 weekends per month
Holiday Rotation: rotate every other
Float Requirements: Yes, caregivers would be floated to “sit” for a patient and not perform actual
inpatient nursing duties.
