Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 14
• Patient Ratios: 1:2 (CN free of patients)
• Patient Population: Medical ICU with minimal cardiac cases
• Type of Patients on Unit: Sepsis, Respiratory, some Cardiac & Trauma
• Equipment Used: IABP (occasionally)
• EHR System: Paragon

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years
• Must Have Skills/Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Medical ICU, TNCC
• Personality Fit: Team-oriented, accountable to best practices
