Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 14
- Patient Ratios: 1:2 (CN free of patients)
- Patient Population: Medical ICU with minimal cardiac cases
- Type of Patients on Unit: Sepsis, Respiratory, some Cardiac & Trauma
- Equipment Used: IABP (occasionally)
- EHR System: Paragon
Qualifications
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Years of Experience: 1-2 years
- Must Have Skills/Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Medical ICU, TNCC
- Personality Fit: Team-oriented, accountable to best practices
