Oversee Emergency Department and Trauma Services. Lead strategic, clinical, and operational initiatives; ensure regulatory compliance; manage budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics; drive quality improvement; and promote physician collaboration.
Requirements: Proven ED/Trauma clinical leadership, strong regulatory and quality knowledge, excellent communication skills.
