IP RN Case Manager – Onsite • Experience: 2+ years Inpatient RN Case Management (required) • License: Indiana or Compact RN | Case Management certification preferred • Duties: Independent case management, comprehensive patient assessments, driving length of stay, discharge planning, and accurate Epic documentation • EMR/Tools: Epic, cell phone • Schedule: 8-hour shifts (M–F) + weekend rotation; call only if specified • Floating: May float between units (IP Case Management only) • Units: 20–36 beds (1–2 RN Case Managers per unit) • Dress Code: Business casual + white lab coat or eggplant scrubs; closed-toe shoes Orientation: • Parkview General (6 hrs) | Epic (4 hrs) | Peer training (8–16 hrs) | Supervised assignment (8–16 hrs) Notes: • Onsite position | 8 hrs non-billable orientation • Client may cancel up to 24 hrs per 13-week contract • Must disclose any requested time off at submission
