Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) – Palo Alto & Menlo Park, CA

Position Overview

The VA Palo Alto Health Care System is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide on-site nursing care to eligible Veterans in Community Living Centers. LPNs will deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with nationally recognized nursing standards and VA policies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to geriatric patients in a clinical setting
Perform nursing duties consistent with LPN scope of practice
Follow VA standards of care, safety protocols, and infection control measures
Accurately document patient care and comply with sign-in/sign-out procedures
Adhere to VA Medical Staff By-Laws, rules, and regulations
Complete required VA training and annual mandatory education
