Position Overview

Adventist Health – Sierra Vista is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room to join their Emergency Department team. This role involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics, in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Assignment Details

Job Type: Travel
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 05/03/2026
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

Perform triage, assessment, treatment, and discharge care for ER patients
Deliver emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies

Requirements

Active RN License
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC (All Required)
Cerner EMR experience required
Ability to work night shifts
Strong emergency nursing and critical-thinking skills

Orientation

Non-Billable Orientation: 24 hours

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
