Description

We are currently seeking an interim Clinical Director position for our Emergency and Trauma Services department, which encompasses the Emergency Department (ED) and the Trauma Services Department.

Position Overview:
Title: Clinical Director, Emergency and Trauma Services
Provide strategic leadership across all emergency services.
Department Oversight: ED, Trauma
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Foster a collaborative environment to enhance patient care and staff performance.
Oversee budgeting, staffing, and operational efficiencies.
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Promote physician collaboration and engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in clinical leadership roles within emergency and trauma services.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality improvement initiatives.
Exceptional communication and team-building skills.
