Description

A facility in Auburn, NY is looking for a Cath Lab RN for their new Cath Lab unit. 3 years of experience required. Candidates must be prepared to precept staff joining the Cath Lab. ACLS and BLS required. Must have experience with balloon pumps and conscious sedation training. Must take Stemi call. Equipment experience with GE required. Charting will be Mac Lab. Varying 4 10's and 5 8's shifts. Call is required. 1 week every 3 weeks 4:30p-8a plus all day Sat and Sun. Facility does not provide dosimeters. Agency or caregiver must provide them. AHA NIHSS certification and 6 continuing education hours (CEUs) on Stroke related topic are required prior to start.

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
