Requirements

• Active NJ or Compact RN license (required at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• BLS required
• ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification required
• PALS, PTO, or additional certifications beneficial
• COVID and Flu vaccines as per facility policy
• Background check and drug screen required
• Must be able to read rhythm strips and intervene accordingly
• Willingness to float within skill set; adherence to ratios 1:5-7 depending on census
• Submission of a screenshot confirming requested time off (RTO) and schedule requests is required; requests less than 7 days before start prioritized
