Required Qualifications:
1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
License, Certification, Registration
Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
Basic Life Support
Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
Five (5) plus years of recent experience (must have occurred within the last two (2) years) in Labor and Delivery is preferred
One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years
High Risk OB experience preferred

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.
Cons
Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
