🚨 NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS (Hard Stops)

If a candidate misses any one, they’re out:

✅ 18 months PERMANENT (staff) experience

In the same specialty they’re applying for
Must be before they started traveling

✅ 18 months RECENT Stepdown experience

Travel experience is acceptable
PCU/Progressive Care = nice to have, not required

✅ Active license at submission

Ohio RN license OR Compact license
Must be in hand

✅ Certifications (AHA or Red Cross only)

BLS
ACLS
NIHSS

✅ Holiday commitment

Must work at least every other holiday
