Description

Facility Requirements:

Must have BLS certification must be attached to submission packet (Must be through the American Heart Association)
Must have 2 years recent RN Case Management & discharge planning experience in a hospital setting
Must have California RN license (must be attached to resume)
Shift will be Monday - Friday 8a-430p
