Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

Registered Nurses provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work across various units (e.g., ER, Psych, NICU, Med Surg, L&D, Postpartum, and OB), managing patients with diverse needs—from routine care to critical, high-acuity cases including trauma, medical emergencies, surgical recovery, and mental health concerns. The focus is on delivering excellent professional nursing care while supporting a multidisciplinary team.

Position Overview

Permanent, full-time role
36 hours per week
Night shift
EPIC electronic medical record system
GE C-Arm equipment
Onsite training provided for CT and mammography

Shift Details

3 days per week: 12-hour shifts

Compensation & Incentives

Salary range: ASN: $28.66 – $47.29/hr BSN: $30.66 – $49.29/hr
$10,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements

ASN or BSN in Nursing (Diploma in Nursing also considered)
Must have 2+ years RN experience in an acute setting
Current Indiana RN license
CPR certification (additional certifications may be required depending on unit)
Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and assist with up to 100 lbs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
