Minimum Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of RECENT LVN clinical experience in one of the following:
o Acute care hospital
o Skilled nursing facility
o Public health
o Occupational/Employee Health
o Infection Prevention support role
REQ's:
• Current California License Vocational Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program
• BLS (AHA) required
