Description

CASE MANAGER RN or LMSW/LCSW
Shift: M-F 5 x 8 Days 0830-1700
On Call/Weekend Requirement: neither
Float Requirement: none
LOCAL RATE WITHIN 60 MILES OF FACILITY

Requirements:
- DC RN Licensure *must have IN HAND at time of submittal* pending licensure will not be accepted
- 2 years of experience as a case management RN, or WILL ACCEPT an LMSW/LCSW with strong hospital case management experience
- BLS
Ability to be independent with full CM assignment within 1 week (2 weeks max)
Hours are M-F 8:30-5 currently no weekend for travel staff
Any overtime or missed lunch breaks must be pre-approved by CM leadership.
Can wear scrub or business casual attire
There is no onsite parking. Please inform them that parking is off-site.
