Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school-based setting. The SLP will support students with communication disorders, helping them achieve academic and personal success through evidence-based interventions.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) following the academic school calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in required meetings, including IEP and staff meetings
• Support compliance with state and district regulations

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active State SLP License in the state of residence (State Department of Education License required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Shift: Monday–Friday
• Candidate will be paid only for hours worked
• No pay for school holidays or closures
• Teacher in-service days may vary
