Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED)
Location: Grovetown, GA 30813
Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day / Night / Various Shifts Available

🚨 Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and quick-thinking Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department team. In this fast-paced environment, you will provide immediate, high-quality care to patients experiencing acute illnesses or injuries. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

✅ Must-Have Skills

Active Georgia RN License (or Compact License)
BLS Certification (Required)
ACLS & PALS Certifications (Required or within 90 days of hire)
TNCC preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred
Strong triage, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in high-stress situations

🔎 Key Responsibilities

Perform rapid triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity
Provide direct nursing care for emergency and trauma patients
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
Assist with procedures including intubation, central lines, and trauma stabilization
Monitor and document patient status accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols

🎓 Education Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required, BSN preferred)
