Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join a dynamic procedural team in an acute care setting. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys working in a smaller lab with diverse case exposure.

This department supports cardiac catheterizations, interventional procedures, IR cases, and neuro thrombectomy.

Schedule

• 5x8 Hour Day Shifts
• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• 13-week assignment
• On-call required (every other weekend and several evenings per week)

• Cardiac cath and interventions
• Interventional Radiology cases
• Neuro thrombectomy procedures
• Philips imaging systems
• Merge hemodynamics/CPACS
• Epic charting

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedural nursing care
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamics
• Assist with invasive cardiac, vascular, and neuro procedures
• Administer and titrate cardiac medications
• Participate in STEMI response

Required Certifications

• Active RN license
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• Recent Cath Lab experience required

• Confident in on-call environment
• Strong rhythm interpretation and medication management skills
