Cath Lab / EP Tech – Travel

Atlantis, Florida
13-Week Contract | 3x12 Day Shifts | 36 Hours

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab / EP Technologist to support a cardiovascular services department in a busy acute care hospital. This role includes both Cath Lab and Electrophysiology procedures, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule

  • 3x12 Hour Day Shifts
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 36 hours per week
  • 13-week assignment
  • On-call required:
    • 1 weekend per month
    • 7 weekday call shifts per month (Cath only)

  • 3 Cath rooms
  • 4 EP rooms
  • 1:1 patient ratio
  • MacLab documentation
  • Surgical scrubs provided
  • Dedicated Cath and EP services

Responsibilities

  • Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
  • Support PCI procedures
  • Assist with Watchman/LAAO procedures
  • Support EP studies and ablations
  • Assist with device implants
  • Provide sterile and technical support during invasive procedures

Required Qualifications

  • ARRT or RCIS certification with RTR license
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification
  • Recent Cath and/or EP Lab experience

Ideal Candidate

  • Proficient in both Cath and EP environments
  • Comfortable with call schedule
  • Strong hemodynamic monitoring skills
  • Team-oriented and adaptable
Cath Lab / EP Tech – 3x12 Days (7a–7p). 13-week assignment. ARRT or RCIS (RTR license) required. BLS, ACLS, PALS required. Cath and EP experience required. Call: 1 weekend/month + 7 weekday calls.
