Job Opportunity: Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (Nights)

Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Must include any requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission; no more than 5 days of RTO allowed.
• Block scheduling is not available.
• Unit size: 20 beds
• Patient ratio: 1:2
• Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color
• Orientation: 8 hours non-billable
• Holiday and overtime multipliers apply

Required Qualifications

• License: Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be uploaded with profile)
• Certifications:

  • American Heart Association BLS (required)
  • American Heart Association ACLS (required)
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (required)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of current Critical Care experience (highest required years of experience)
• Skills:

  • Ventilator management, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring (required)
  • Meditech Expanse experience (strongly preferred)
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) (preferred)
• Willingness to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed (required)
• Must have own vehicle (firm requirement)
