Required Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist – School
• Licenses: OT‑NC
• Certifications: OTR – National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in NC
• Completion of a criminal record and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• OTR certification through NBCOT
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to explain evaluation results clearly to students, families, and staff
• Previous school‑based OT experience
• Experience working within multidisciplinary IEP teams
