Travel Cath Lab RN – Cleveland, OH

Weekly Gross: $4,233

• Taxable: $64/hr ($2,560/week)
• Stipend: $1,673/week

We’re seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN for a high‑acuity contract assignment in Cleveland, OH. This role is ideal for nurses with strong interventional cardiology experience who are confident in fast‑paced, critical situations.

Role Summary:

Provide care for critically ill patients undergoing interventional cardiology and endovascular procedures in a busy Cardiac Cath Lab. This position includes STEMI call with a required 30‑minute response time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive pre‑, intra‑, and postoperative care for Cath Lab patients.
• Monitor and sedate patients during procedures, ensuring safety and stability.
• Utilize advanced hemodynamic monitoring tools, including IABP and Impella.
• Manage ventilators and support patients requiring respiratory assistance.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Navigate EPIC, XPER, and Change Healthcare systems as part of daily workflow.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Ohio
• Cath Lab experience required
• Proficiency with IABP, Impella, ventilator management, and advanced monitoring
• Strong pre‑/post‑op and procedural sedation skills
• ACLS & BLS (AHA only)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Normal vision and hearing (with or without correction)
• Ability to lift 250–300 lbs with assistance and push/pull up to 500 lbs
• Exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, chemicals, and cleaning agents
