Position Details

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatrics

Facility Name: Adventist Health Sierra Vista

Department: Pediatrics

Shift: Day Shift (Rotating)

Shift Schedule: 3 x 12s

Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Call: No Call

Experience Required: 2 Years

Work Location: Adventist Health Sierra Vista, 1010 Murray Ave, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405

 

Requirements

License: Current California RN License (Required)

Education:

Associate Degree (A.S.) or equivalent – Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

Experience:

Minimum 2 years Pediatric Nursing experience – Required

PICU experience – Preferred

Experience with newborns requiring step-down care – Preferred

Moderate to deep sedation experience – Ideal/Preferred

Certifications Required:

BLS

PALS

NRP
