🏥 Job Overview – RN Labor & Delivery (Travel)

Location: Gallatin, TN

👩‍⚕️ Position Details

Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Specialty: Labor & Delivery
Openings: 1
Shift: (Based on facility needs)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend / as needed
On-Call: 2 shifts per 6 weeks
Float: As needed

📋 Unit Information

Department: Labor & Delivery
Beds: 5 L&D beds
Patient Ratio:
- 1:1 (Pitocin patients)
- 1:2 otherwise
Patient Population: Maternity (mothers & newborns)
Charting System: Meditech
Supervisor: Jamie Green

✅ Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 1 year Labor & Delivery experience
Fetal monitoring experience required

Certifications (Required BEFORE start):

ACLS
BLS
NRP
AWHONN

Licensure:

Active RN license in Tennessee

⭐ Preferred (Not Required)

PALS
Meditech or Centricity experience
Couplet care experience
