CASE MANAGER FLOAT ** MUST HAVE RECENT ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL CASE MGMT EXP ** !! primarily be at concord but could float to walnut creek, they are 8 miles apart will work EOW
ORIENTATION DATE: 4/7 or 4/21 Shift: 8 hour days (0800-1630) - 40 hours per week Duration: 13 weeks REQUIRED : Active CA license Must have 2+ years experience in an acute care hospital
