Hourly Pay: $43/hr on W2
Housing Stipend: $700 weekly
Meals: $530 weekly
Weekly Gross: $2950 weekly for 40 hours

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN - Operating Room (Charge)
Location - 1401 East State Street, Rockford, IL 61104

JOB DETAILS:
Full Time - 13 weeks contract
Night Shift - 10:30 pm to 7 am (8X5 shift)// 40 hours weekly
Schedule - Monday to Friday

Weekends or Holidays: Only covers until Saturday @ 0700
Work Location - On Location
Ability to commute/relocate: Rockford, IL 61104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily operations of the operating room, ensuring efficient workflow and case management.
Coordinate and assign staffing, room assignments, and surgical schedules based on patient acuity and case requirements.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to OR nurses, surgical technologists, and support staff.
Ensure adherence to sterile technique, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams to facilitate smooth surgical procedures.
Monitor patient flow from pre-op through intra-op to post-op, ensuring continuity of care.
Assist in complex surgical procedures and provide hands-on support when needed.
Manage emergency and trauma cases, ensuring rapid response and resource availability.
Oversee equipment readiness, instrument availability, and supply management.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, AORN standards, and regulatory requirements.
Address and resolve staffing issues, conflicts, and operational challenges during shifts.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication with leadership.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and staff education/training.

REQUIREMENT:
At least 2 years of experience - Required

Must have strong skill set, robotics and neuro exerience - Required
IL RN License
BLS
