Number of Beds - 36
Number of Staff – 50 +
Type of staff:
Day Shift – (Staffed to grid: 1 charge, 8 RN, 3 CNA, 1 HUC and 1-2 sitters)
Current ratios: Day RN 1:5/6  

Night Shift -  (Staffed to grid: 1 charge, 7 RN, 3 CNA, 0.5 HUC and 1-2 sitters)
Current ratios: Night RN 1:6/7

Type of equipment – Medical remote telemetry monitoring, Cerner Patient Observation (CPO), VC150’s in every patient room.  Work station on wheels for every staff member.  Tap and Go for computer/documentation access.
EMR - Cerner

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

BLS
Medical Telemetry
Preferred or nice to have: 

Leadership experience
Charge Nurse experience
BSN
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

N/A for on unit, however we do prepare patients for Endoscopy, IR, and OR
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

BLS (required)

Active RN License required 
CMSRN (encouraged)
