📋 Requirements

Minimum 2 years Med-Surg experience
Active RN License
BLS required
Telemetry experience preferred

Unit: 4EA Med/Surg
32 beds
Telemetry only if ordered (monitored 24/7)

Dopamine (5 mcg constant – no titration)
Heparin

Stable vent patients
BiPAP patients
Acute & chronic renal failure
Dialysis patients
