Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practices. Applies the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care while ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, compassionate, and culturally competent patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure effective communication
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Engage patients and families in care planning and education
Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
Mentor and guide nursing staff, students, or new hires as needed
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active RN license (Single State or Compact)
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
Minimum 1 year of experience
