Description
Case Manager RN - Falls Church, VA - 8 hour days - $3,150 weekly
- Shift: 8hrs days
- BSN required
- BLS required
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of direct supervisor/manager experience
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in case management or relevant nursing experience to include utilization review, discharge planning, outcomes management, transitional planning, assessment, care planning and service implementation.
- 8AM-4:30PM
- Weekend expectations (i.e. Every other weekend) Yes, On call for weekends
- On-call expectations - call 3X per week
