Required Education:
-Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institute.
Required Certification & Licensure:
-New York State RN License & Primary Source Verification.
-AHA BLS.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Minimum two (2) years of Med/Surg Rehab experience in a large acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year.
-Physical assessment.
-Medication administration.
-Wound care & Infection control
-IV therapy.
-Post-operative care.
-Patient education.
-Telemetry monitoring.
