📍 Location: Astoria, OR
💰 Total Weekly Travel Package: $3,677/week
*Must reside 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for the travel package
Weekly Stipends (Travel):
- 🏠 Housing Allowance: $987/week
- 🍽️ Meals & Incidentals: $602/week
Schedule
- 🕒 36 hours/week
- ⏰ 12‑hour shifts | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 📅 Weekdays & rotating weekends
- 🗓️ 13‑week contract
Contract Details
- 🗓️ Start Date: June 30, 2026
- 🏥 Setting: Inpatient pharmacy – 25‑bed critical access hospital
- 🖥️ Systems: Cerner & Pyxis ADC
- 📞 Interview: Phone interview required with unit management
Requirements
- ✅ Active Oregon Pharmacist License
- ✅ BLS (AHA)
- ✅ 1+ year of inpatient pharmacy experience
- ✅ Previous Cerner & Pyxis experience
- ✅ Comfortable with acute‑care workflows and collaboration in a small hospital setting
