FULL SOCIAL REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION

1 CVT; 13 Weeks; 8-hour shifts; standard hours 0700-1530 – flexibility required (0800-1600 or 1000-1800 based on operational needs); 

Call Requirements: Yes; not a specific number of days/weekends but it is distributed evenly throughout staff RN and CVT.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION-ACLS and BLS; RCIS/RCES preferred; 

Cath Lab and EP experience preferred

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

·        Cath, PCI, EP (a-fib), Watchmen, TAVR, INARI, any devices (PPM, ICD ect), impella.

·        

Best personality Fit:

·        Team oriented, hardworking, face paced environment.

·        

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

·       Scrub Color - Royal blue or black
